Returns
When shopping with us, we want your experience to be simple and enjoyable, so if there are ever any concerns regarding your purchase/s please get in touch.
If you do have a change of mind, you are welcome to exchange the item for another product or a credit note. Items must be returned (at your expense) within 14 days of receiving your order so please send us an email so we know to expect it.
Although we do our best to quality check all items prior to sending, if you do happen to receive a faulty product we are more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund (not including shipping costs, which are non-refundable). Please email us immediately with an image of the fault along with your order number to hello@theorganisedmama.co.nz
All returned items must be in original condition with all tags/packaging. Items must not have been used, washed or altered in any way.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return costs of items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How to Return an Item

Contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name , order number, the item you are wishing to return and the reason for return. (faulty items must include images)

Email hello@theorganisedmama.co.nz with the subject as "RETURN #order number"

Once we have accepted your return, we will email you our return address. Please include a note inside your package with your full name and order number.

Arrange postage at your nearest post office. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked option as we cannot accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.

Once we have received your item in new/unused condition, you will be issued with your replacement product or refund (if item was faulty)

Please note, if you have purchased your item using a discount code or during a sale, you will be issued the exact value paid for your item at the time of purchase and not the full RRP.
