Shipping & Returns
We like to keep things simple so we offer delivery at a flat rate of $12 for urban delivery or $15 for rural delivery within New Zealand. For orders over $100, we offer free delivery within NZ.
International shipping prices are based on size and weight.
We strive to ensure you receive your goods intact and ready to enjoy, however if you do receive a faulty product we are more than happy to offer you a replacement or refund (not including shipping costs, which are non-refundable). Please email us immediately with an image of the fault and your order number to: hello@theorganisedmama.co.nz
